To ensure we attract dedicated candidates, we require a short write-up (400-500 words) on any compliance of your choice, mandatory for a private limited company in India.
We are not looking for a description of the compliance itself but a detailed account of how such compliance is carried out as defined in the law.
This task will likely require you to reference your bare acts and conduct thorough research.
This will help us identify genuine and serious applicants.
