Eligibility
Relevant Experience: 3 years and above. Advocate working with Builders/ Promoter’s office or Law firm or Independent Practitioner.
Responsibilities
- Due Diligence and Investigation of title
- Drafting, Review of Title Search Opinions
- Drafting / Review of Various Agreements
- Oral Opinion in relation to Stamp Duty
- Registration and other aspects of real estate transaction
