OVERVIEW

In this topic, we are going to understand the concept and function of the judiciary. Where the judiciary refers to the government and is responsible for laws and resolving legal disputes within the state. It is to safeguard the rights of citizens and give justice to the people. So here we are going to see some of its functions and concepts. Let us begin with its concept.

CONCEPT OF JUDICIARY

  • The judicial system led down in the court where every decree of the case was given and new laws came into action.
  • Some judges listen to all the cases and interpret the decisions above them. They also gave a fair trial and justified action for the case.
  • There is a partition in the court where there are less complex cases handled by the lower court, the high court deals with some appeals and other intricate legal issues.
  • Judgments are always given on the last day of the verdict, where the ruling addresses specific legal key points.
  • The decision of the court that is precedent is a final judgment from the court which is also used in future cases if the issue is similar to that case.

FUNCTIONS OF JUDICIARY

Now, let us see some of the functions of the judiciary form of government in brief.

  • The judiciary system resolves disputes between two parties, organizations, and even between government bodies.
  • Judges also play a crucial role in making laws, they analyze the cases and intend to make laws that apply to specific cases.
  • The judiciary system also acts as a guardian of fundamental rights. It can strike down the laws if anyone violates the constitution and its rules.

It occurs as an ideal role of law which is a safeguard of the entire state because it performs an important role in fair and legal justice.
