Position: Legal Consultant

Hiring: Legal Consultant (Conveyancing Practice)
We are looking to onboard an experienced Legal Consultant with a strong background in conveyancing to join our legal team. This is a key role involving end-to-end legal support for real estate transactions and regulatory compliance.

Position: Legal Consultant – Conveyancing
Experience: 5–10 years
Preferred Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including joint venture and construction contracts

• Conduct detailed title investigations and property due diligence

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws including MOFA and RERA

• Review and provide legal opinions on proposal files

• Liaise with landowners, panel advocates, and external stakeholders

• Prepare and finalize title reports and legal opinions

• Draft legal notices, complaints, and show-cause notices

• Serve as an in-house legal advisor for real estate matters

• Draft agreements for sale, unit agreements, conveyance deeds, and other property-related legal documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in conveyancing and real estate law

• Fluency in Marathi and English

• Strong knowledge of MOFA, RERA, and allied legal frameworks

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
