Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar was established under the Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014 and is duly recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The University commenced operations on March 16, 2017, with the aim of imparting high-quality legal education, promoting advanced clinical pedagogy, and fostering impactful legal research. The Centre for International Corporate and Commercial Laws (CICCL) at MNLU Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is dedicated to promoting scholarship and awareness in the field of Corporate and Commercial Laws—both domestic and international.
CICCL serves as a hub for research, debate, and dialogue by connecting legal scholars, practitioners, international organizations, and academic institutions to explore contemporary issues and developments in corporate and commercial law.

CICCL invites well-researched blog submissions on a rolling basis. Submissions may include articles, opinion pieces, case comments, and brief analyses related to International Corporate and Commercial Laws.

📄 Submission Guidelines
- Word limit: 1300–1500 words
- Format: .doc/.docx only
- Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, Line spacing 1.5
- Title: Must not exceed 140 characters
- Co-authorship: Allowed up to two authors
- Citations: Use 4th OSCOLA, SILC footnotes, or insert hyperlinks to authoritative sources
- Plagiarism: Maximum of 15% tolerated
- Edits may be requested by the Editorial Board
- Acknowledgment of receipt will be sent upon submission
