📢 Call for Papers: International Conference on Law, Economics and Contemporary Challenges
📍 Hosted by Centre for Law and Economics, School of Law, Bennett University
🤝 In collaboration with University of Waikato, New Zealand
🗓️ Conference Dates: 28–29 August 2025

🔍 About the Conference

Law and economics, while distinct in their foundations—one rooted in normative principles and the other in rational assumptions—are deeply interconnected. The evolving discipline of economic analysis of law exemplifies the synergy between these fields, using economic theory to interpret legal doctrines and inform legal reform.

In recognition of this dynamic interface, the Centre for Law and Economics at Bennett University, in collaboration with the University of Waikato, is proud to organize the first International Conference on Law, Economics and Contemporary Challenges. This conference aims to foster interdisciplinary dialogue, transcend disciplinary boundaries, and generate robust discourse on pressing legal and economic issues.
