Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years of experience
• Good knowledge of FEMA, Company Law, Joint Ventures (JV), and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Experience in LPO, Contract Drafting, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Proficiency with relevant software
• Location: New Delhi
• Note: CS is preferred but not mandatory
