Job Description:
- Work closely with our corporate law and transactions team on live client matters and deals
- Conduct legal research, draft agreements, and assist in due diligence exercises
- Participate in internal case discussions and strategy meetings
- Contribute to knowledge initiatives and legal updates
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from a reputed law school
- Must have prior internship experience in Corporate Law (preferably at law firms)
- Strong research, drafting, and English speaking skills
- Keen interest in corporate, commercial, and transactional legal work
Preferred (not mandatory):
- CS or LLM qualifications
