Role Description:
The Associate will be responsible for managing and handling various legal disputes, including civil, criminal, and commercial litigation matters. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Legal research
- Drafting legal documents
- Representing clients in court
- Providing legal advice and strategies to clients
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities with colleagues and clients.
Preferred Experience: 0 to 3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B)
- 0 to 3 years of PQE (preferred)
- Bar Council of India membership (required)
- Experience in dispute resolution and litigation (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
