Hiring: Associates at Alpha Partners (Corporate & Litigation)

Alpha Partners is inviting applications for the following full-time Associate roles:

Open Positions:

• Senior Associate (3–4 Years PQE)

  • Expertise in corporate transactions

  • Strong command over FEMA, Company Law

  • Excellent drafting skills

  • Experience leading a team

  • Only candidates with prior law firm experience will be considered

• Associate – Corporate (1–2 Years PQE) [2 Positions]

  • Corporate transactional exposure

  • Sound knowledge of FEMA & Company Law

  • Strong legal drafting abilities

• Associate – Litigation & Arbitration (1–2 Years PQE) [1 Position]

  • Experience in handling litigation and arbitration matters

  • Proficiency in drafting pleadings

  • Prior experience appearing before courts is essential
