- 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience
Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal opinions on matters relating to Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, labour laws, etc.
- Conducting legal due diligence and preparation of red flag reports
- Drafting and reviewing agreements including:
Share purchase agreements
Share subscription agreements
Shareholders agreements
Business transfer agreements
Asset purchase agreements
Joint venture agreements
Employment contracts
Independent consultant contracts
Distributorship agreements
NDAs
Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis
