About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Legal Professional specializing in non-litigation matters to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation across the organization. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of TSR/LSR (Legal Scrutiny Reports)
- Vetting and verification of original legal documents
- Providing expert legal advice on business matters
- Ensuring regulatory and legal compliance
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve legal concerns
