Qualifications:
- Law degree from a reputed institution
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in litigation or substantial internship experience
- Strong legal drafting skills are essential
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Drafting pleadings, notices, and legal documents with minimal supervision
- Thorough knowledge of court procedures, police proceedings, and ability to handle court appearances
- Must be capable of representing the company before RERA, Consumer Courts, District Courts, and other forums as required
