Role Responsibilities:
🔹 Assist in managing IP litigation at District & High Courts
🔹 Conduct legal research and case analysis
🔹 Draft pleadings, petitions, and legal documents
🔹 Collaborate with senior advocates and internal teams
🔹 Stay current on IP laws and procedural developments
Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ LL.B. from a recognized institution
✔️ 6 months to 2 years of experience in IP litigation
✔️ Strong drafting and research skills
✔️ Proficient communication abilities
✔️ Team-oriented approach
