Position: Junior Associate (on Retainership)

Location: Delhi

Retainership: ₹1,00,000/- per month

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Law degree from a recognised university (3-year or 5-year course).
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates (graduating batch of 2025) up to candidates with 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Tenure:

• Probation Period: 3 months
• Retainership Period: 1 year (extendable by mutual consent)

Nature of Engagement:

• Exclusive retainership – candidates must maintain strict confidentiality and are not allowed to take up any independent assignments, including filing of Vakalatnama or court/tribunal appearances.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Legal research and drafting of legal opinions
• Assistance in the preparation of speeches, articles, and books
• Support in ongoing domestic and international arbitration matters
