Location: Noida (On-site)
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence for corporate and real estate matters
- Draft, review, and vet contracts and legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Review and analyze corporate records, title documents, financial agreements, and litigation history
- Identify legal risks and compliance gaps during diligence reviews
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)
- Strong analytical, drafting, and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship or exposure to due diligence is a plus
