About the Opportunity
The Chambers of Mr. Shadan Farasat, Senior Advocate, is inviting applications for the position of Associate. We are looking to onboard two Associates to support a wide range of high-profile litigation matters.
Key Details:
Prior Work Experience: Preferably two years PQE.
Retainership: Starting at INR 65,000+ per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Location: Delhi, India.

Role and Responsibilities:
Assisting in legal research, settling drafts, and preparing legal opinions.
Supporting case preparation across a diverse range of matters, including constitutional law, civil, commercial, and criminal litigation.
Assisting and appearing before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and other forums.
