Hiring: Legal Associate – Litigation & Advisory (Full-Time)
Location: Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi | High Court of Delhi
KGS Legal Corp LLP (The Law Offices of Kunwar Gangesh Singh & Associates) is expanding its team. We are looking for a committed and dynamic Legal Associate interested in litigation, regulatory advisory, and defending white-collar crime cases.
Role Overview
The work involves litigation across forums including the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court, particularly in matters related to PMLA, Income Tax, GST, Customs, SEBI, IBC, and corporate fraud. The associate will also be involved in corporate advisory and compliance-related matters.
Requirements
- Enrolled with the Bar Council
- Strong legal research, drafting, and articulation skills
- Familiarity with MS Word, Manupatra/SCC, and e-filing
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Hindi or any regional language is a plus)
- A genuine interest in litigation and regulatory work
What You Will Do
- Appear before courts and tribunals including the High Court and Supreme Court
- Draft pleadings including writs, appeals, and regulatory responses
- Work on complex tax and economic offence cases
- Assist in corporate advisory and M&A documentation
