We’re Hiring: Legal Associate
📍 Location: Gurugram (Sector 19) | 🏢 Dolce Vita Advisors
Dolce Vita Advisors is looking to onboard a Legal Associate to join our corporate law practice in Gurugram. The selected candidate will work closely with the partners across a wide range of domestic and cross-border matters.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating SPAs, SHAs, JV agreements, and other commercial contracts
Supporting clients on M&A, fundraising, and corporate restructuring
Advisory on corporate, securities, and tax laws
Engagement on capital markets and private investment mandates
Assistance on UAE corporate and financial laws
End-to-end legal support for retainer clients including governance and compliance
Legal research, writing, and regulatory tracking
👤 What We’re Looking For:
Law graduates (LL.B.) with 0–2 years of experience in corporate/commercial law
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
Prior exposure to M&A, corporate advisory, or securities law (via internships or roles)
CS qualification or progress toward the same is a plus
