✅ Eligibility

• Experience: 2–3 years in legal practice (real estate sector experience preferred)

• Qualification: LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized university

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to the company and clients on diverse legal issues

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and real estate documentation

• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and authorities

• Conduct legal research and stay up to date with evolving laws and regulations

• Collaborate with internal departments and external legal consultants

• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance

• Develop legal strategies for dispute resolution and manage litigation matters

• Maintain and organize legal documentation and case files
