Position: Legal Associate – Pharmaceutical Secondment

Position Overview

Fortunewise Legal is inviting applications for the role of Legal Associate on a secondment basis at the premises of a reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing client in Indore. This full-time, on-site engagement offers substantial exposure to regulatory, operational, and commercial legal functions within an industrial framework.

Engagement Structure

• Mode: Secondment (Client Premises – Indore)
• Duration: 1-year minimum commitment (Lock-in period applicable)
• Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month
• Candidate Preference: Indore-based applicants strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in contract lifecycle management including drafting, vetting, and record-keeping
• Support statutory compliance, internal audits, and document control processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for legal and regulatory adherence
• Prepare internal legal communications, official correspondences, and memoranda
• Maintain discipline in email handling and professional documentation protocols

Candidate Profile

• LL.B. graduate or final-year law student with a strong foundation in commercial and compliance law
• Sound legal drafting and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability in soft written communication and email etiquette
• High level of discretion, accountability, and professional commitment
• Willingness to work on-site daily and adhere to a one-year lock-in agreement
