About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong experience in litigation and corporate matters. The role requires excellent research skills, a sound understanding of legal frameworks across states, and the ability to support internal teams on complex legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Litigation Management:
Liaise with internal departments to explain and address legal issues
Support internal stakeholders in resolving legal problems
Research & Documentation:
Conduct legal research and analyze applicable laws and regulations
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents (contracts, notices, applications, etc.)
Court Representation:
Attend court proceedings and assist in presenting the company’s cases
Eligibility & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
Prior experience in litigation and corporate law
Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
Ability to work across teams and jurisdictions
