Key Requirements:
Background in Company Law, SEBI regulations, IEPF processes, and related legal compliance
Strong legal drafting and research skills
Familiarity with transmission, demat, and unclaimed investments is a plus
Ability to handle regulatory filings and compliance documentation
Team-oriented with a problem-solving approach
