India Shelter Home Loans is looking for a Legal Officer/Executive to join our team.
📍 Location: Mandsaur (will oversee operations in Ratlam, Mandsaur, Neemuch)
🧳 Travel: Candidate must be willing to travel. Local candidates will be preferred.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Handling matters under SARFAESI Act
- Dealing with Section 138 NI Act cases
- Reviewing and managing legal documents
🔍 Eligibility:
- Prior experience in SARFAESI and cheque bounce (138) matters
- Strong understanding of legal documentation and real estate laws
