💼 Charter of Duties:
As a Legal Intern, you will assist in and handle the following responsibilities:
Assigning cases to conciliators
Coordinating with promoters and customers once cases are scheduled
Drafting MahaRERA Conciliation Settlement Agreements
Following up with stakeholders on issues raised during conciliation
Collecting feedback and details regarding compensation from customers
Uploading settlement agreements and Roznamas on the website and maintaining physical records
Preparing and sending reports to conciliators, MahaRERA, and Mumbai Grahak Panchayat
Creating and updating a database of complainants and respondents
This is a great opportunity to gain practical exposure in real estate regulatory affairs and conciliation work under MahaRERA.
