About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Legal Associate with a blend of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and litigation to join our team. This role is ideal for legal professionals who are comfortable navigating both commercial contract workflows and litigation strategy, and who are looking to build a dynamic legal career in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Experience: 1–3 years of post-qualification legal experience
Strong legal research and writing abilities
Proven drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously
Capable of issue-spotting and escalating concerns appropriately
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to undertake the following responsibilities:
End-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Litigation management and coordination
Drafting and reviewing of legal documents, contracts, and pleadings
Court appearances before various forums, including tribunals
Ensuring regulatory and legal compliance
Conducting thorough legal research
Remuneration
Compensation will be commensurate with industry standards and based on the candidate’s experience and skillset.
