Requirements:
- Prior experience in BFSI laws is essential
- Strong knowledge of:
- Negotiable Instruments Act
- SARFAESI Act
- Arbitration and Conciliation Act
- Mediation Act
- Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy (RDB) Act
- Familiarity with landmark judgments relevant to BFSI regulations
- Immediate joiners preferred
