About the Role:
Samvad Partners is looking to expand its M&A / Private Equity practice at the Mumbai office. We are seeking experienced and driven lawyers with a strong corporate law background to join our growing team.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law
✔️ Demonstrated expertise in due diligence, drafting, negotiations, and deal closures for M&A and Private Equity transactions
✔️ Prior law firm experience is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist on domestic and cross-border M&A, Private Equity, and Joint Venture deals
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
- Advise clients on corporate structuring and complex transactional issues
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across offices and disciplines
