About the Opportunity
Provana is seeking a qualified Team Lead – Attorney with demonstrated experience in handling legal teams, especially in a U.S.-based process environment. This is an exciting leadership role for legal professionals looking to drive performance, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality legal service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution
LL.M. or relevant certifications are an added advantage
Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience in a U.S. legal process (must be verifiable on paper)
Strong understanding of Indian and international legal frameworks
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client management abilities
Key Responsibilities
Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations
Lead training and professional development for team members
Manage client relationships and ensure quality, deadline-driven delivery
Oversee compliance with legal and ethical standards
Support transition of new clients and demonstrate process capabilities
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
Implement quality control procedures and optimize resource allocation
Drive cost-effective practices within the team
