About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Trademark Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in trademark prosecution, oppositions, enforcement, and portfolio management, both in India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end trademark prosecution, oppositions, rectifications, and renewals

• Provide legal advisory on trademark strategy and protection

• Manage national and international trademark portfolios

• Represent clients before IP authorities and assist in litigation support

• Advise clients on risk mitigation, enforcement strategies, and brand protection

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in trademark law

• Well-versed with Indian and international trademark laws

• Strong client advisory and communication skills

• Prior experience in IP enforcement, portfolio management, and dispute resolution

• Ability to work independently and manage complex matters efficiently
