Types of writing to focus on:

  • The last one is judgment, in which you will know what was the opinion of the judges.

  • In the second part, it contains the body in which you will mention the following things:
  • In the first part, you will write the historical background of the legal context
  • In the second part, it will be a summary of the main points, arguments, and conclusion.
  • In the third part, it will be a critical analysis in which it will mention legal reasoning and the use of precedents.
  • In the fourth part, you will write a comparison with other jurists or legal traditions.
  • Then at last you will mention the conclusion in which you will reflect on the significance of jurist contribution to legal writing, or thoughts.
