- Three persons from both parties are divided into two speakers and one researcher.

By conducting moot court it helps students to develop their profession more effectively and gives an experience of arguments in court proceedings. And teach them the manner of how to present themselves in the court. Now let us see some of the major importance of mooting:
- The first feature of mooting is networking because students meet so many people across the world by performing competitions in other places. It makes connections with other students.
- Secondly, it improves the skill of writing and researching argumentative topics which boosts their skill in legal writing and researching provisions and other legal rules and regulations.
- Thirdly, by performing in the mooting students are boosting up their confidence, through which they can say their arguments in the court.
- Fourthly, it provides them with practical knowledge because some students are now able to understand things without using books. By performing in moot court they use their practical knowledge to understand the case and to make their arguments.
- The last one is that it boosts the knowledge of teamwork because, in the process of mooting, there is a need for three persons two are mooters and one is a researcher. By doing this they develop their leadership skills and experience.
PURPOSE OF MOOTING
The main purpose of mooting is to build knowledge of teamwork, legal proceedings, documentation, and other experiences of the real court.
WHAT IS MOOT COURT?
The term moot court refers to the replica of a real court in which law students perform as professional advocates who hold duties, and responsibilities to win their clients with effective and convincing arguments. It is also known as a mock court. Here students are groomed as proper lawyers, with all their responsibilities.
