Role Description:

The Associate will be responsible for managing and handling various legal disputes, including civil, criminal, and commercial litigation matters. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Legal research
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Representing clients in court
  • Providing legal advice and strategies to clients

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities with colleagues and clients.

Preferred Experience: 0 to 3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B)
  • 0 to 3 years of PQE (preferred)
  • Bar Council of India membership (required)
  • Experience in dispute resolution and litigation (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
