Role Description:
The Legal Associate will:
- Prepare legal documents
- Analyze legal issues
- Conduct legal research
- Draft and review legal documents
- Advise clients
- Maintain communication with clients and court officials
- Provide support to senior attorneys
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in law and legal issues
- Experience in legal document preparation
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Familiarity with the Indian legal system and applicable laws
